Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer financing through CareCredit to help make your treatment more affordable. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

We are participating providers for Delta Dental Premier. However, we can submit claims for other insurance companies as an out of network provider for our patients. We will submit insurance claims once treatment has started. We will attempt to help you receive fully eligible insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
